• If your student ID number is on the left in GOLD you have passed. If you enrolled at a local office your documents  will be available for pick up the following Wednesday after  2:00PM. 

• If your name is in GOLD, again you have passed. And If you enrolled into one of our Digital, Online or Phone programs and your materials were mailed/e-mail to you, then your final documents will be processed and mailed directly to you at no additional charge to you. They will be shipped to you at the address we have on file for you. Delivery of your documents typically takes between 6-8 business days. But we can not take action to research or reprint lost documents until at least 10 business days have passed.

• If your name is RED on this report you will need to retest ONLY on the sections listed next to your Student ID number. Retest are sent to by email or fax ONLY.

• For retesting please CLICK THIS LINK to request the documents be emailed to you.

TEST RESULTS TYPICALLY START TO POST TO THIS REPORT AT 2:00 P.M. CST. AND SHOULD BE COMPLETED BY 6:00 P.M. CST. EVERY THURSDAY. PLEASE DO NOT CALL ABOUT THIS REPORT PRIOR TO 6:00PM.
