Enrollment Agreement and Tuition Protection Policy

 

North Star Christian High School and North Star Academy accepts students without regard to race, creed, color, religion, cultural background or national origin. To enroll, you must be at least 18 years of age or be an emancipated minor. Proof of emancipation required at time of enrollment. If you are under the age of 18, you must provide us with verification that you have completed the eighth grade. NOTE: Please be advised that only students who have fundamental skills in reading, writing and understanding English may be accepted for enrollment.

 

North Star Academy is sure you will be pleased with your enrollment. By enrolling in NSA you believe that you could benefit from our program in some way. You also agree to NOT make any copies of any quiz, assessment or test documents given to you for evaluation or use. In the unlikely event you wish to discontinue your enrollment, North Star Academy will refund your tuition according to the following refund policy. You may request cancellation in any manner, but a written request is recommended. You may notify NSCHS/NSA of your intent to cancel by mail, addressed to 9950 west Park Dr. Suite 103B, Houston Texas 77063.

Cancellation request within five days from midnight on which the enrollment agreement was signed, or 1st payment was received, whichever is earlier. No refund shall be issued in part or in full after the exam has been turned in for grading. No refund shall be issued in part or in full after ten (10) days.      FULL REFUND

Due to the constant changing policies and procedures of numerous colleges, universities and trade schools, NSCHS/NSA makes no claims of the guaranteed acceptance of your high school diploma without further testing by the institution of higher education. If you know which schools you would like to apply for or attend upon completion of this program, it is your responsibility to call the institute of higher education to verify the acceptance of this diploma before enrolling in this program. NSCHS/NSA will be happy to submit all requested registration, and/or other documentation necessary to your school of choice for verification purposes.

PRIVACY POLICY: NSCHS makes all reasonable efforts to ensure the privacy of all your personal information. NSCHS/NSA only uses personal information provided to complete the necessary documents for the completion of your education. NSCHS/NSA complies with all federal regulations pertaining to the privacy of all personal information.
