Service Description

Please select the service if you would like to enroll or start a program. Please be aware of the following... Student must present an ID at time of enrollment. For safety reasons no one else will be allowed in office except the enrolling student and a face mask must be worn the whole time in the office.

Cancellation Policy

No calls, no shows on booked appointments will be assessed a 15.00 fee.
