Please note that face coverings are not required but recommended for those vaccinated. ALL non-vaccinated individuals MUST wear face coveringsThat being said, North Star has adjusted its requirements to enter any of its offices in Texas. Anyone making an appointment to come into any of our offices will need to wear a mask before being allowed into the office. Upon entry everyone will need to sanitize their hands and please be aware that ONLY the individual conducting business will be allowed into the office. If you do not have a mask we will have them available for purchase in the office for $5.00. There will be no change available, please bring a mask

It is your responsibility to keep your book appointment and where not possible you must log back in to cancel adjust your appointment.
